A long-standing client of ours is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their fully remote team. You would be responsible for invoice processing, credit control duties, and data entry, whilst having good skills on Excel. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a proactive and supportive environment, whilst offering flexibility with working hours and being fully-remote.
Responsibilities
* Invoice processing and submission
* Ensure all incoming work is uploaded to the correct job and all supporting documentation is saved appropriately
* Act as the first point of contact for queries and the Central Billing Team, ensuring they are directed to the correct branch or team member
* Support key clients and ensure their requirements are met on time
* Educate and support on new billing procedures or required documentation to ensure compliance.
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Competency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
