Role: Junior Payroll Accountant
My client, a well-established global Technology business, is on the lookout for a Payroll Accountant to join the team in Bangor, Wales, who has strong knowledge of both Finance and Payroll. The ideal candidate will assist with payroll from various offices globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing and processing payroll
* Ensure accurate salary calculations and compliance with tax/labour laws
* Maintain payroll records and generate reports
* Support audits and payroll system integrations
Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
* Basic knowledge of payroll systems and tax laws
* Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
* Proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
* Prior payroll experience is a plus, not mandatory
