Chef
Location: WL Gore, Dundee
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £ per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
We are looking for a Chef to join our team at WL Gore in Dundee.
If you’re passionate about fresh food, enjoy working daytime hours, and want to be part of a close-knit, supportive kitchen team, this could be the ideal role for you.
What you’ll do:
* Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch service for site associates
* Follow company Standard Operating Procedures to maintain consistency and quality
* Complete and maintain allergen templates
* Ensure all HACCP documentation is accurately completed and up to date
* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
What you bring:
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
* Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team
* Confidence in completing kitchen compliance paperwork ( HACCP, allergen records)
* A positive, can-do attitude and reliability
