About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Most of our current opportunities are within mainstream primary schools, where you will work closely with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your role as a teaching assistant will involve providing support on a 1:1 basis as well as working with small groups of pupils, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You'll assist with learning activities, promote inclusion, and work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENDCo to ensure every child feels supported, valued, and confident in their learning.
