Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering performance, accountability, and engagement. Provide visible leadership with a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement. Promote a culture of ownership, efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement. Ensure On-Time Delivery targets are consistently met (95% target for customers and suppliers). Oversee inventory systems, engaging with all departments to support operational requirements. Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to support growth. Identify best practices to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction. Contribute operational insight and commercial awareness to strategic decision-making. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in purchasing, planning, and logistics in a low-batch, high-complexity manufacturing environment. At least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Strong track record in production planning and procurement. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and best manufacturing practices. Degree or HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
