As our business grows, we are looking to expand the team and recruit an experienced versatile Administrator to support our fast-paced operations across Construction, Planning & Design, and Commercial departments, with occasional involvement in Sales and Customer Care. So if you're organised, proactive, and team-oriented and looking to thrive in a dynamic construction environment, this could be the ideal role for you! What you'll do Attend weekly site meetings and produce/distribute accurate minutes Compile and distribute reports from production team meetings Liaise with utility suppliers to arrange meters and postal addresses Manage plot build utility bills and set up contracts with meter suppliers Monitor utility contracts and ensure timely renewals Support Planning & Design, Commercial, and Contracts Managers with admin tasks Act as the main contact for site teams regarding admin needs, stationery, etc. Manage PPE ordering and distribution for staff Assist with health and safety documentation: site folders, risk assessments, method statements, incident reports Compile and issue newsletters to new and former residents You'll be Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Organised with the ability to multitask and adapt to a varied workload Experienced ideally in a construction or multi-disciplinary environment A team player and collaborator with a willingness to assist across departments What We Offer A supportive and inclusive team culture Enhanced annual leave starting at 26 Days bank holidays rising with service Enhanced Paid Family Leave - maternity, paternity, adoption, fertility, compassion, bereavement, crisis, emergency dependants, and much more Learning and development - we offer a range of learning opportunities to develop talent at all levels within our business focussing on technical competence, upskilling, compliance and governance and career development.
