What you'll do
1. Friendly and thoughtful service: respond to queries, promote Co-op products and membership, and ensure a great shopping experience.
2. Teamwork: support colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Store safety and legality: keep shelves stocked, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
4. Product and service introduction: share experiences and support the rollout of new offerings.
5. Community involvement: participate in activities and events to support local communities.
