Executive Assistant - 12 Month FTC
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30
Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 from home
Location: West End, London

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a fixed‑term opportunity within an international law firm? This role offers the chance to join a respected Corporate team in a West‑End practice known for its supportive culture, high‑quality client work and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Full diary ownership and coordinating domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries and logisticsInbox management on behalf of Partners, prioritising correspondence and drafting responsesSupporting compliance and end‑to‑end matter management processesMaintaining visibility on Partner priorities, clients and ongoing mattersProducing, formatting and amending documentsWhat we're looking for:
Solid experience as an EA within a legal professional services environmentExceptional organisational abilities, able to manage conflicting priorities calmlyAdvanced knowledge of MS Office with excellent document production skillsStrong attention to detail and an ability to anticipate needsEnthusiastic, resilient and able to work effectively during busy transactional periodWhy this firm?
