Inclusion Manager (SENDCO)
Leadership Scale (L1-6 dependant on experience)

Flexible working options available:
•Part-time (0.6 – 3 days per week): Inclusion Manager (SENDCO)
•Full-time: 3 days Inclusion Manager/SENDCO + 2 days Class Teacher
Located in a lovely corner of Surrey, Crawley Ridge Junior School is a two-form entry community school. We are privileged to sit on beautiful, mature grounds, which play an important part in the children’s learning.

We are seeking an inspirational and committed Inclusion Manager who will also be a joint DSL to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a key strategic role, leading inclusion, SEND and safeguarding across the school and ensuring every child is supported to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

•Can lead and inspire others to deliver high-quality inclusive practice
•Have experience of working with pupils with SEND and/or additional needs
•Understand effective adaptive teaching and provision
•Are highly organised and able to lead strategically while managing day-to-day provision
•Have high expectations of achievement, behaviour and wellbeing for all pupils
•Are a reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development
•Work well as part of a supportive, hardworking and committed team
•Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
•Will make a significant contribution to the wider life of the school
