Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00
The Role
As Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales process from initial order through to completion, ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional service at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Managing customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Handling quotations, invoicing and general sales administration
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Supporting the wider sales team with administrative duties
* Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with previous experience within a sales administration or sales order processing role who is highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
You will ideally have:
* Proven experience in a senior sales administration/order processing position
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive and professional approach
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems/CRM platforms
