️A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet a wide range of our customers staffing needs.
* Sifting and pre-screening applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications required.
* Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
* Promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events
* Visiting sites to meet key stakeholders and understand our wide range of customers.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE
* Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Great organisational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once
* Capability to manage recruitment projects and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
* A full & Valid UK driving license with access to a private vehicle.
