Manager to lead the team at our beautiful Finlake Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do
As Housekeeping Manager, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department,
ensuring delivery to agreed KPIs and service standards
* Plan ahead and
allocate resources, ensuring the team is set up for consistent success
* Inspire your team, promote collaboration, and manage
conflict constructively
* Work closely with the sublet representative to ensure
all rental units are maintained to a high standard
* Liaise with maintenance and
hot tub teams to uphold the quality and cleanliness of both internal and
external lodge areas
* Champion Health &
Safety compliance, making sure all staff are trained and procedures are followed
* Constantly review and
improve standards, using feedback to enhance the customer experience
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
* 2–3 years’
experience in a supervisory role, ideally in housekeeping or
hospitality
* A strong track
record of leading teams and exceeding performance targets
* Excellent organisation,
time management, and communication skills
* A detail-oriented
mindset with the ability to manage people and priorities under
pressure
* A passion for
delivering outstanding customer service and problem solving with
confidence
