Quality Manager Join a Global Leader in Plumbing Innovation Location: West Drayton, UK About The Company A global leader in water control systems, with a proud heritage of innovation and excellence. From plumbing and heating to construction, our trusted brands make life easier for customers around the world. Operating across 45 facilities in 20 countries, we are now looking for a Quality Manager to join their team in London. The Quality Manager will lead their Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Engineering (QE) teams at their London site. This is a pivotal role where youll drive continuous improvement, champion quality standards, and ensure our products meet the highest expectations. What Youll Do Lead and develop the site QA and QE teams Promote and enforce health & safety standards Maintain and improve quality systems and documentation Drive continuous improvement using tools like CAPA, PDCA, and value stream mapping Oversee QA and Goods Inwards inspection processes Act as the site quality lead for APQP/NPI processes (FMEA, MSA, QCP, etc.) Investigate and resolve internal, customer, and supplier quality issues Report and communicate Quality KPIs to leadership and site teams Represent the site in customer-facing quality matters Support training and engagement in quality and CI initiatives What You Bring Proven experience in Quality Engineering or Management (automotive background preferred) Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 a plus), CAPA, PDCA, and auditing practices Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving CI initiatives Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills Engineering or quality-related qualifications (preferred) Benefits on offer Competitive salary & benefits 25 days holiday buy/sell scheme Recognition & reward programs Learning & development opportunities On-site café Cycle to Work & Tech schemes Enhanced maternity & partner leave Employee Assistance Programme
