Position Title: Brand & Creative Strategy Operations Coordinator Location: Canary Wharf Employment Type: Contract (Initial 6 month) Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the operations of a global Brand & Creative Strategy team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence across creative and strategic functions. Key Responsibilities Champion and maintain project and capacity management workflows (e.g., Wrike), ensuring data accuracy, identifying risks, and proposing efficiency improvements. Collaborate with a team members to develop process documentation, workflow guides, and enablement materials to embed best practices. Support change-management efforts for brand initiatives, including updates and new template rollouts, by preparing communications, stakeholder materials, and feedback loops. Evaluate and advocate for new technology solutions (including GenAI tools), gathering user input and recommending enhancements. Assist in preparing and maintaining data-driven reports and dashboards, supporting KPI tracking and turning insights into actionable steps.
