We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Retail Expert to join the team in our Hougton Hall Garden Centre.
The hours for this position are 33 per week over 4 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.
The hourly rate for the Retail Expert role is £12.45.
The Role
Retail Expert to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases.
What you will be doing as a Retail Expert?
* Stock replenishment and merchandising to create fabulous displays.
* Taking the lead in the Clothing department keeping it looking great for our customers.
* Advising our customers on suitable products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
* Working closely with the Retail Assistants to develop their product knowledge.
* Till operation and serving customers
* Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
* Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
