About the role
We are looking for a talented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP and A) / Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting and FP and A, you'll play a crucial role in supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across our UK-wide care services.
This is more than just numbers; you'll be driving decisions that directly impact the lives of the people we support.
We work best when we're together. This role involves being in the office at least three days a week to support teamwork and shared success.
What you'll do
* Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Partner with operational teams to align finances with care goals.
* Drive improvements in systems and reporting tools.
* Support strategic projects and investment decisions.
What we're looking for
* Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
* Strong FP and A or management accounting experience.
* Excellent Excel and modelling skills.
* Sector experience in care, health or charity is a bonus.
* A passion for purpose-led work.
