Location: Redhill (Hybrid – up to 2 days per week following induction)
Salary: £42,000 – £52,000 (willing to pay more for the right person) + 5% performance bonus
Hours: 8-hour shift between 8am – 6pm (with flexibility for out-of-hours work when required)
Type: Hybrid Working – Up to two days per week (following office-based induction process)
Reporting to: Senior Project Technician

They've grown 40% year-on-year over the last two years, and they're looking for another talented, personable, and ambitious Infrastructure Engineer to join their friendly team in Redhill.
The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving their hosting and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and excellent performance for their customers. You'll work across a wide range of technologies from virtualisation and storage to networking and cloud services, and collaborate closely with senior Technicians, project teams, and Support Engineers to deliver seamless technical outcomes.
You'll also assist with upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects, helping to build and maintain the systems that power their managed services platform.
What You'll Do:
* Support and maintain core infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualisation environments.
* Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related identity and access services.
* Monitor system performance, capacity, and uptime, resolving alerts and incidents efficiently.
* Assist with system upgrades, patching, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
* Deploy and configure virtual machines, storage, and network components.
* Collaborate with project teams to support customer migrations and onboarding.
* Maintain detailed technical documentation and update configuration records (CMDB).
* Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, and networking layers.
* Participate in out-of-hours maintenance windows when required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement through process automation and documentation.
