Own the commercial merchandising strategy behind a fast-scaling DTC business
Shape how products are bundled, priced, and positioned to drive growth
Operate at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Operations
Influence key levers including AOV, LTV, and margin performance
Join at a pivotal moment where experimentation and innovation are encouraged
Responsibilities
Develop and execute merchandising strategies across acquisition, retention, and reactivation
Build high-performing product bundles and optimise SKU architecture
Own margin performance at SKU level, balancing profitability with growth
Translate demand forecasts into live trading plans with cross-functional teams
Your Profile
Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or merchandising roles
Strong commercial acumen with confidence in pricing and margin management
Detail-oriented with experience managing SKUs and product data
Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across multiple teams
Proactive problem-solver with a test-and-learn approach
