Position Overview
As a Recovery Support Worker, you will be instrumental in providing tailored support to individuals with mental health issues. Your role will involve engaging clients through a variety of methods including group activities and one-on-one support.
Key Expectations
* A strong commitment to diversity, inclusion and anti‑racism, with an understanding of how these shape support.
* Demonstrate a commitment to co‑production and supporting clients to take an active role in shaping the services they receive.
* Lived or professional experience of mental health support, either as a client, carer, employee or volunteer.
* Able to communicate and liaise effectively with various stakeholders and partnership services; Disability Confident.
