We are seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere Consultant with a strong background in HR processes and data modelling, specifically with SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize HR data models in SAP Datasphere, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems for advanced analytics and planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Modelling & Architecture
* Design and implement HR-specific data models in SAP Datasphere for core HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management).
* Develop semantic layers, views, and fact tables for HR analytics and planning.
* Create harmonized data structures for SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation).
* Implement data lineage and governance for HR datasets.
* Integrate HR data from SuccessFactors into SAP Datasphere and using OData APIs for Modelling.
* Ensure real-time or scheduled replication of SuccessFactors data into Datasphere.
* Optimize data acquisition pipelines for large HR datasets.
* Implement best practices for query performance and data security.
* Prepare HR data models for consumption in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting.
* Work closely with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements.
* Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
Technical Skills
* SAP Datasphere Expertise
* Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, Analytical Models.
* Semantic modelling and business layer design.
* HR Domain Knowledge
* Deep understanding of HR processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Compensation.
* Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics.
* SuccessFactors Integration
* Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs.
* Modelling data from Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation modules.
* Data Management
* Data harmonization, transformation, and governance.
* Experience with MDFC/CDW or similar HR data warehouses.
* Other Skills
* SQL, Data Modelling best practices.
* Knowledge of SAC Planning and integration with Datasphere.
* Understanding of cloud architecture and security.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
* 10–17 years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics.
* Minimum 5 years in HR data modelling and SuccessFactors integration.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
