We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
About the role
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital part in ensuring our pupils have a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience. Duties include:
* Supervising children in the dining hall, playground and classrooms
* Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
* Supporting pupils with social interaction and play
* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children
* Administering basic first aid where required
What we’re looking for
* A warm and approachable manner
* The ability to build positive relationships with children
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and punctuality
* A calm and consistent approach to behaviour management
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
