What the teaching assistant will do:
* Be punctual and professional
* Communicate effectively with teachers, support staff and the children.
* Support children with their education, whether that is in a 1:1 or as a class teaching assistant role.
* Create a safe learning environment for children to develop socially, emotionally and academically.
* Assist in monitoring pupil progress.
* An eagerness to learn and develop good behaviour strategies, when assisting the class teacher.
What the teaching assistant will have:
1. Previous experience in schools or childcare is preferable but not essential for the right candidate
2. A proactive and can do attitude
