Your role & impact
We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to join our team in our first London boutique in Westfield White City, for 2 days a week.
You will be a true brand ambassador. You'll inspire and empower every customer, creating unforgettable experiences, whilst contributing to the store's commercial success.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Deliver exceptional services and drive sales
* Greet every customer warmly and offer tailored product advice
* share expert knowledge of our natural products and introduce new products
* Build strong customer relationships and promote our loyalty programme
* Contribute to store performance by achieving KPIs through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and active selling.
Support store excellence
* Host engaging demos and maintain high standards in presentation and cleanliness
* Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and visually aligned with our brand
Be a team player
* Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to team success
* Take part in training and support stock management and loss prevention
* Ensure the stores general cleanliness is always upheld
What we're looking for
* A passion for natural beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best
* Previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with a track record of meeting sales targets
* experience in beauty or skincare
* excellent communication skills and confidence in making product recommendations
* A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
* Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
* Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods
