A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a K&N Support Traffic Clerk to join our team at our Irthlingborough site.
Working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 14.00 - 20.00
Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on a daily basis and any additional administrative tasks assigned by the DOM or DGM as required. A flexible approach and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, delivery points and Freightroute personnel across the business are required. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to
1. Answering and dealing with incoming calls to the Depot
2. Input of jobs onto the Manpack 3 system
3. Liaising with customer regarding delivery updates, obtaining assistance for drivers with unloading at delivery premises, general ETA enquires.
4. Non-conformance of jobs on the Manpack3 System
5. Monitoring K&N system as relevant to the depot.
6. Monitoring driver allocation of EPOD hardware, ensuring all EPOD devices have been collected prior to departure by the relevant driver.
7. Processing of manual POD’s to Head Office when required.
8. Completion of Drivers run sheets
9. Processing paperwork for outbound trunks
10. Driver debrief
11. Service failure enquiries
12. Daily completion of intercompany figures
13. Any adhoc jobs assigned by DOM / DGM
