Job Purpose
Purpose: Manage and ramp up the new team at Hyderabad and accountable for overall delivery of the flexible design and dynamic analysis scopes executed from Hyderabad meeting projects quality/deadline/budget and overall expectations.
Job Description
Technical
Be accountable and provide the required guidance for engineers/project leads at Hyderabad in the following areas.
1. Review of client documents/specifications and its implementation wherever applicable
2. Flexible pipe design checks
3. End-fitting design checks
4. In-place configuration and analysis using Orcaflex
5. Extreme dynamic analysis using Orcaflex
6. Global fatigue and local fatigue assessment
7. Discuss with client/RBU regarding technical issues and provide solution to technical issues
8. Writing of design and analysis reports
9. Discipline Internal Check for all project deliverables produced by engineers/leads.
You are meant for this job if:
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling flexible pipe design and dynamic analysis scopes (position = Grade 13.1 or above)
Excellent understanding of subsea projects including excellent understanding of design rules and codes.
Strong presentation and coaching skills is a must
Should possess advanced organizational and problem solving skills
Should be able to challenge the new team and motivate them
Proficiency in English is a must
