Join Iris Care Group as a Deputy Home Manager at Cherry Tree House, Bristol. We seek an enthusiastic, motivated individual to support our Home Manager in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing staff, and ensuring high‑quality care for residents.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements with the Home Manager.
* Lead a large staff team, providing regular supervision and supporting staff to evidence competency and achieve personal development goals.
* Monitor staff retention and attrition, reporting to the Senior Management Team.
* Act as a key player in the assessment and referral process to achieve full occupancy.
* Maintain compliance with the regulatory framework including CQC standards.
* Deliver person‑centred care planning to provide the highest quality support for residents.
* Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced managers, and support from the Regional Director and Nominated Individual.
Qualifications
* QCF Level 3 in Health Care or equivalent qualification.
* Willingness to be enrolled towards Level 5 following probation.
