This is a permanent opportunity, and we are looking to pay circa £30,000 per annum depending on experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Debt chasing on Clients with past due balancesEnsure timely collection of payments and weekly reporting on past due balancesProvide copy invoices where required, whilst adhering to GDPR policyAssist client accounts on Leasewave system for all billing and collection areasAssist bespoke billing invoice generation and corresponding billing reportsSubmit monthly and daily invoices by email (where required).Query resolution through credits or charges given to client as requiredFollowing ISO compliance policy update and maintain sales ledger database and filing systemWork to departmental and companywide KPIsAssist Cashier in cash received accurately to invoices and credit notesPerform all other duties and special projects as assignedEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Strong experience in invoicing and billing (including custom billing),Experience of leasing would be advantageous,A good general level of education is requiredDemonstrable experience in a busy credit control environmentAble to use Excel to an intermediate level.
