Job Description
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
* Diary management for the CEO of JD’s Outdoors Estate.
* General administration duties for the CEO – typing, filing, etc.
* Manage all UK and international travel arrangements as required.
* Maintain holiday requests and absences records.
* Monitor all cost centre charges, ensuring accuracy and proper allocation.
* Book meetings internally and externally.
* Organise new employee stationery and equipment, including laptops and phones.
* Ensure staff expenses are recorded and submitted promptly.
* Order and handle foreign currency for overseas travel.
* Manage DHL orders and distribute accordingly.
* Serve as the main contact for IT and maintenance issues.
* Distribute invoices to the accounts department accurately.
* Handle email and phone queries from customers and suppliers.
* Provide cover for other PAs when necessary.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Experience working with Directors/Senior Management is beneficial but not essential.
* Willingness to develop internal and external working relationships.
