Join Our Team as a Regional Chef Manager - South West!
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum plus travel expenses
Schedule: 5 over 7, including evenings and weekends - Field-based role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our dynamic team at Eurest. You will be working across multiple sites in the beautiful South West of England, managing a single client contract.

Your Role
As our Regional Chef Manager, you will be the driving force behind the culinary excellence at each site. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the onsite catering team at various locations
* Preparing mouth-watering, high-quality dishes that delight our clients and customers
* Maintaining a pristine kitchen and front-of-house environment
* Ensuring the proper use of kitchen machinery and equipment
* Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Complying with Health & Safety regulations
* Completing weekly bookwork and reports
* Managing stock taking and ordering
What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Chef Manager
* Excellent communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders
* Flexibility in your working hours and environment
* Driving license and access to a vehicle are essential
* Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing situations
* Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental principles
* A pride in your work and a willingness to support all services on site
* A passion for quality and service delivery
* Determination to succeed and achieve high personal standards
