My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and Bristol providing a flexi working policy (option of remote or hybrid + ad hoc client site visits when requested).
We are looking for multiple Modern Workplace Consultants at both Senior and Managing Consultant level, to join a rapidly growly team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among other private sectors).
Budgets:
Senior Consultant - £70000 + disc bonus + full benefits + flexi working (remote or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel).
Managing Consultant - £88000 + disc bonus + full benefits + flexi working (remote or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel).
Primary skills and experience required:
* Must be eligible or already possess SC Clearance
* Proven track record delivering business change initiatives as part of digital or workplace transformation programmes.
* Skilled in stakeholder management, change impact analysis, and adoption strategy development.
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and balancing multiple priorities.
* Experience in Agile, SAFe or other iterative delivery environments.
Leadership (Managing Consultant grade):
* Proven ability to build, grow, and lead cross-functional teams, coaching direct and indirect reports to achieve cohesion and high performance.
* Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders to influence strategic investment decisions in workplace technologies and champion adoption of AI solutions.
* Demonstrates strong ethical values, consistently making decisions that reflect integrity and responsibility.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Copilot) and their impact on people and processes.
* Understanding of behavioural science or human-centred design principles.
* Knowledge of change measurement tools and KPIs.
* Previous consulting or advisory experience strongly preferred.
