Job Description
As an Sales Administrator your responsibilities include:
* Support with the processing of orders.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities and report updates to relevant teams.
* Provide administrative support to production and business operations.
* Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
* Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
* Respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Organise meetings, prepare documentation, and manage communication channels.
* Contribute to process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
* Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in using standard office software.
