THE ROLE:
In this high-visibility position, you will act as the primary strategic partner to our Sales and Marketing teams. You won't just track the data; you will use it to challenge pricing, maximise the ROI on our promotional investments, and protect our margins across our major retail accounts like Tesco and Asda.
As a leader in our function, you will own customer-level forecasting, run point on the financial evaluation of exciting New Product Developments (NPD), and play a key role in our S&OP process.
Crucially, you will help lead, coach, and mentor other members of the Commercial Finance team, driving a high-performance culture across the entire business.
THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for an ambitious, qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen and a desire to get closer to the commercial heart of FMCG. To thrive in this role, you must be a constructive challenger—someone who can confidently step into a room of non-finance stakeholders, translate complex data into simple, actionable insights, and influence big decisions. You should possess advanced financial modelling skills, a sharp eye for margin and trade spend analysis, and the ability to prioritise effectively under time pressure.
