We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer with 1+ years’ PQE, or have equivalent experience, to join my clients Employer’s Liability (EL) department. Position Overview:
The successful candidate will have experience across the full spectrum of personal injury employer's liability litigation. You will have the proven billing track record and a focus on advancing cases to the best outcome for clients.
Property Litigation Solicitor Experience to include:
Handle a varied EL caseload from cradle to grave
Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients
Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary.
