As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Care Services. You’ll lead strategic change initiatives that improve processes, systems and outcomes, ensuring we deliver exceptional care and value. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and deliver large, complex change projects across Care Services, from inception to completion.
2. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and improvement strategies.
3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery.
4. Design credible projects with clear costs, benefits, timelines and governance.
5. Manage resources effectively, including IT and business teams, to achieve agreed outcomes.
6. Oversee budgets, monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
7. Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
8. Drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
10. Engage with vendors to ensure strong delivery capability and cost efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
11. Proven experience delivering large-scale business and digital change projects.
12. Strong knowledge of project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
13. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
14. Resilient, results-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
15. Skilled in risk, resource and cost management.
16. Commercial acumen and vendor management experience, particularly with digital suppliers.
17. Relevant qualifications such as APMG Change Management, Prince2, MSP or similar (desirable).
