We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stretford that is committed to supporting every child to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the Year 5 team and provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs.

Your Role
As a Year 5 SEN TA, you will:
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with special educational needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering an inclusive and engaging curriculum
* Help implement EHCP targets under the guidance of the SENCO
* Promote pupils’ emotional wellbeing, resilience, and independence
* Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual needs

* Has experience supporting children with SEN in a primary setting, ideally in Key Stage 2
* Is patient, empathetic, and proactive with a flexible approach
* Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection
* Works effectively as part of a collaborative team and builds positive relationships
* Is passionate about helping every child reach their potential
