This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced agency environment, working with a range of clients across various industries, including Retail and B2B. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Digital, acting as a key contact for clients, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of digital and web campaigns.
You will have strong knowledge of digital marketing, particularly SEO, and experience in managing client relationships. Your focus will be to ensure all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the client’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities
1. Develop innovative SEO strategies that promote long-term organic growth for clients.
2. Set and measure KPIs and strategic objectives; report these to clients.
3. Deliver digital marketing training sessions internally and externally.
4. Hold regular one-to-one meetings with team members to maintain morale.
5. Utilize various data sources to analyze client performance and propose growth strategies.
6. Conduct in-depth keyword research to develop effective SEM campaigns and content strategies.
7. Write or brief compelling, SEO-driven landing pages and blog content based on keyword research.
8. Perform comprehensive SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities, technical errors, content gaps, and UX issues.
9. Plan and execute website migration projects to preserve SEO value.
10. Collaborate with web and content teams to deliver SEO-friendly website projects.
11. Partner with PR teams to develop link-building strategies and secure high-quality backlinks.
12. Support team development and training initiatives.
13. Continuously optimize processes for better internal and external performance.
14. Conduct competitor SEO analysis, including technical SEO, backlinks, and content.
15. Manage retainers to ensure profitability of SEO and digital services.
16. Participate in monthly client reporting calls to update on work and performance.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required
1. At least 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.
2. Proficiency with Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, and various CMS platforms.
3. Exceptional reporting skills, especially with Google Analytics and related tools.
4. Knowledge of GA4.
5. Ability to explain complex digital technologies and tactics to diverse audiences.
6. Working knowledge of PPC advertising.
7. Familiarity with affiliate marketing and CRO is a plus but not essential.
8. Experience with email marketing campaigns.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
