About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mars Wrigley factory in Slough. We seek mechanically minded individuals passionate about maintenance, with experience in maintenance of ships, cars, tanks, lifts, generators, or similar industries.
What Are We Looking For?
* Minimum 1 year managing and coordinating operators
* Skilled in diagnosing mechanical issues via troubleshooting
* Proficient in disassembling machinery to understand and reassemble it correctly
* Detail-oriented for fault detection and precise assembly
* Committed to continuous improvement and safety
* Effective team player with collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities
* Lead first-line maintenance of production machinery
* Identify and repair mechanical breakdowns
* Manage performance of machinery and processes
* Use diagnostic tools to find root causes
* Coordinate a team of operators and temporary staff
* Assist with daily production tasks
