Our client is looking for an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join its fast-paced operations team. Based in Burnley, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are managed efficiently and delivered on time — from initial placement to final dispatch.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage and analyse order updates using internal reports
* Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
* Track consignments and allocate goods accurately to orders
* Troubleshoot undelivered or delayed shipments
* Follow up on uncollected customer collections
* Monitor and communicate order cut-off times
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related system issues
* Prepare commercial invoices for international/export orders
* Prioritise and escalate urgent or high-value orders
* Assist in print scheduling and production planning
* Contribute to business-wide continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience in order fulfilment, sales order processing, or operations administration
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Problem-solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Proficient in ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Excel
* Comfortable analysing data and identifying process improvements
* Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
