This ensures the balance, transparency and integrity of published financial information toensure that there is a framework for accountabilityexamine systems and methods of control, with particular emphasis on risk management and the effective use of risk-based outsourced internal auditreceive reports from external auditors and consider rotation of audit partnersensure that Cats Protection is complying with statutory and regulatory requirements and good practiceensure implementation of recommendations from internal and external auditorsensure ongoing objectivity and independenceYour role will also include attending Committee meetingsreading paperspreparing for meetingsraising appropriate challenge or concernsundertaking any actions required in the agreed timescalessupporting the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committeekeeping informed about the activities of the charity and wider issues affecting the charity and the Audit & Risk Committee in particular
