The 4-star Ramada Plaza Hotel in Wrexham is looking for the ideal candidate to join our Reception Team.
40 hours per week - 5 days over 7. Involving mixture of early and late shift including weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties
* The ideal candidate must have previous hotel experience within this type of role or similar environment.
* Will report into the Reception Manager
* Excellent Customer Service skills and phone handling skills
* Develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel property, hotel services and hours of operations
* Cash Handling
* Check in and out of guests
* Upselling the product we have and maximise sales throughout
* Answering the switchboard
* Dealing with complaints
* Computer literate, ideally with hotel systems
* Must be flexible with regards to working hours: Early Shift 7:00 - 15:00 Late Shift 15:00 - 23:00
