This innovative provider is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee their innovative service in the Ealing and Harrow areas delivering a range of activity programmes for Children and Young People with a Learning Disability. This is a unique opportunity for childcare professional to assist in the development and running of a new service. The Centre Manager in Harrow will: * Promote the values of the organisation in all interactions. * Develop and oversee activity programmes in various forms for Children and Young People. * Lead a team including Deputy Manager, Session Leaders and Playworkers to assist in providing the best outcomes for Children and Young People with a Learning Disability. * Oversee the day to day operations of the service and through the deputy manager ensure high quality activities are being delivered. The Deputy Manager in Harrow will need: * Level 5 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or residential childcare. * 5 years’ experience in Childcare sector with a 1 year of leadership experience. * Awareness of SEND and PBS. * Driving license and access to a vehicle desirable. The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of £39,000 plus benefits and the opportunity to develop their career within a progressive charitable provider.
