We’re looking for a Senior Estimator with 5+ years’ experience to join a growing organisation currently in one of its strongest positions to date—having priced double the amount of work compared to this time last year. With ambitious plans to grow the business £5 million by 2026, this role is pivotal.
What You’ll Do
* Lead estimation and tendering activity across a variety of projects.
* Play a key part in helping the business break into new sectors, including:
* Power
* Water
* Utilities
* Local Government
* Produce accurate cost estimations, proposals, and competitive bids.
* Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth.
* Contribute to framework tendering—your experience here will be highly valuable.
* Help shape a robust pipeline and bring new opportunities into the business.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience as an Estimator in construction or infrastructure.
* A strong track record of successful tendering, ideally including frameworks.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sector expansion opportunities.
* A collaborative approach and the confidence to influence at a senior level.
* Passion for growth—both personally and for the business.
