We are recruiting a Driver Technical Centre Executive for a long-term temporary role, responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Driver Interaction Centre by delivering exceptional customer and driver service.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing Driver Risk income and identifying enhanced Driver Risk solutions for current and potential customers.
2. Ensuring off-road vehicles meet KPIs and providing driver support via various communication channels.
3. Supporting customers and drivers through a strong customer journey, resolving or escalating queries promptly and professionally.
4. Prioritizing vehicle SMR repairs based on complexity and timeframes, with knowledge of vehicle repair processes.
5. Negotiating with breakdown providers, repairers, and vehicle manufacturers to return vehicles to on-road condition swiftly.
6. Engaging with service providers and manufacturers to ensure drivers have mobility solutions, including relief vehicles, and maximizing goodwill with vehicle manufacturers, targeting figures over £100,000 annually.
Minimum requirements:
* Relevant motor vehicle SMR technical qualifications (e.g., Motor Mechanics NVQ 1, 2 & 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
* Experience in motor vehicle repair and maintenance (motorbikes, cars, LCVs).
* Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of the Epyx system is required, as all team members have technical advisor status within the system.
