Customer Service Operations Support Analyst
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27 0QW
Contract: Fixed-term (1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to friday
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £19.74 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Support Analyst to join our Customer Service Operations team. This role sits within a multi-skilled environment and requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of initiative.
You will play a key role in supporting operational processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering excellent service both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day operational support within the Customer Service Operations department
* Manage and maintain data across systems with a high level of accuracy
* Support business processes using tools such as SAP, Outlook and Microsoft Office
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (both written and verbal)
* Identify issues and proactively resolve problems using sound judgement
* Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently, right first time
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to support continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisation and follow-up skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Problem-solving mindset with initiative
Desirable Skills
* Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)
* Experience with PEGA solutions
* Basic knowledge of SAP systems
