As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go
* Understands food safety, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual drives and needs
