We're seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our Rochester team, taking ownership of electrical and mechanical testing for our advanced metering solutions.
Please note: this role requires candidates to have current and permanent right to work in the UK. We are unable to support visa applications for this position.
What part will you play?
* Lead electrical panel testing and validation
* Manage test area operations and schedules
* Perform insulation resistance tests and secondary injections
* Coordinate witness acceptance tests
* Support occasional on-site commissioning
* Drive quality control and documentation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives
What does it take to be successful in this role?
* Electrical/Systems Engineering background
* Experience with high voltage systems
* Strong problem‑solving abilities
