The company is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to take responsibility for the inventory levels to ensure optimal supply chain operations. This role will involve working with a well-established team and collaborating with other departments to develop consistently reliable demand forecasts. Role DescriptionTo provide management team with clear, accurate production dataEnsure inventory levels are optimal and backorders are minimalProduce accurate costings and financial statements for manufacturingManage the Planning and Demand team, ensure all have support and directionAnalyse previous data, spot trends and promotional activities in the market to predict upcoming demandMake regular reviews of forecast performance, implements improvements and next stepsResolves demand related concerns as quickly as possibleEstablish and work to KPI's to validate supply chainSkills and QualificationsBSc in a Planning, Process or Supply Chain is highly beneficialMinium 3 years experience in a Planning role with some team lead experienceExperience working with multiple product lines/SKU'sCompany InformationAs a business our client is a true market leader within their industry with a strong presence across the UK.
