As a Caravan Assistant Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Delivering our unique ‘Caravan of Love’ customer experience with your team, serving globally inspired food and drinks influenced by our founders’ New Zealand roots and travels
* Collaborating with the General Manager and Head Chef to nurture and develop your team
* Continuously developing your own knowledge and skills, taking ownership of your role and restaurant
* Experience with systems like Fourth, FnB, and Harri is preferred, but training can be provided if needed
