MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
2. Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
3. Support the Store Management team on overall store and back of house standards
4. Assist in training and coaching Associates
5. To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
6. Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
7. Help to ensure the store remains commercial as possible following company guidelines
8. Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
9. Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
10. Perform other duties that asrequired from the management team
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

12. Previous retail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment
13. Demonstrate customer service skills
14. A passion for retail and sales
15. Desire to learn
16. Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
17. Understanding of POS register systems
18. Effective communication skills
