Salary: Grade 7, £32,597 - £36,363 per annum.

Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager to provide effective leadership and ensure high quality service provision on a day‑to‑day basis through the direct line management of team members.
* Support the monitoring of service quality, ensuring that all regulatory and best practice standards are met and contributing to the development of quality assurance systems.
* Work on a rota basis covering weekends, bank holidays and unsociable hours in a 24/7 service.
* Manage crisis situations calmly and with a solution‑focused approach in a busy environment.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support staff and build positive relationships with residents diagnosed with dementia.
* Caring, empathetic and person‑centred approach, with the ability to build trust and support residents with their wishes and aspirations.
* Leadership by example, creativity, initiative, humour and the ability to work under pressure, maintain consistency and commitment.
* Solution‑focused mindset and the capacity to work effectively in a busy, crisis‑prone environment.
* Commitment to safeguarding and will undergo Enhanced Disclosure Procedure and adult barred list check.
